Ate here for the first time last week. It was awesome. The server puts your choices in the bowl size you want then tops it off with the noodles. Next comes the sauces then all is cooked on the grill. I'm ready to go back again!!! I highly recommended this place.

Filthy floors filthy counters, in a place where food is prepared in front of the customer cleanliness is paramount. They add jalopenos and hot sauce to everything even when you dont want it. Used to be a family favorite, I won't be back

Quick and easy takeout meal. Cooked quickly right in front of you. Lots of veggie options and plenty of meat. Noodles are a nice texture and you can choose to have them make your bowl spicy. Wish they had tofu for a vegetarian option but loved that getting it to go came with a side of rice.

I believe the hours are accurate, as I was just there two days ago. They aren't open today (Sunday), but will be Monday through Thursday starting at 11 AM.
You also have to pick you owe stuff and then give it to the cook to cook right in front of you so as far as pick up and go I don't believe there is such a thing but you can get it immediately put into to go boxes so you can eat at at home. Hope this helps
