It used to be easy to get an appointment with them. Now I have to wait a long time or go somewhere else where they take care of my pets needs right away. Also I called them and the girl asked me if I could wait on the for for a very short time and I waited 16 minutes and had to call again because she forgot about me. It used to be my husband's and my favorite place to take our pets since 1999. Now not so much.

This is a great vet. They are very kind and easybto work with. It was easy to switch from our old vet to this one when we moved because they just feel so comfortable with our sweet pets.

I totally agree too many things to cause this.
Not a low cost clinic but have great prices.
I would suggest calling a vet. Dawn dishwashing soap is a old method for killing fleas and protecting mom and kittens until the kittens are old enough for treatment as well as needing to wait to treat inside and outside the house for flea infestation.
