Yes you can. You do need to call so we can get them ready for you and we know when you are outside waiting. Thank you.
Not at library. They have a flea market downtown all summer.
The library is open from 11 am till 4 pm Monday thru Friday.
They have a website that tells you exactly what you need to get a card. A drivers license or state photo ID...proof of address. It doesn't take very long. Done it myself.
