They have a website that tells you exactly what you need to get a card. A drivers license or state photo ID...proof of address. It doesn't take very long. Done it myself.

Just go in. The librarian will get you a form to fill out to get your card.

You can get a library card at the counter. I believe you need your ID and possibly proof of address. I'd suggest a current electric bill, rent receipt, etc that shows your name and address.
