This was a major job of 2 heat pump condensers and a total of 6 in house units. Cliff helped me design it so it was effective and didn’t detract from the look of the house and then the installation team went to work. That required technical know-how and painstaking duct placements and then connections. They are all excellent professionals and hard workers. They all know how to explain things or present options so you get it. I highly recommend this company (they also do the routine maintenance on my main heating system) and this crew.

This review is for the third time having to call for help with my system. Dave came. He is a patient and pleasant young man. He did everything to repair the problem. He made sure I understand the process and what needed to be done, address all the questions and concerns. Josh and Jason came the second time, they're great too. Good knowledgeable workers from this company. Price depends on what's needed but definitely fair. My go to company. Dave's the man. Thank you for all your help.

I wasn't the type of person who used to write reviews but since I have become a business owner myself, i feel much different about it now. Reviews really are the best way to express "thanks" to that business and let others know they're getting a quality service. I knew I was in need of furnace and ac system that was pushing over 25 years old with annual break downs. I asked for a quote from Family Danz heating and cooling and a representative came to my house and went over everything step by step but MOST importantly they listened to exactly what I wanted and needed. They put together a package that had everything I wanted right down to the uv sterilizer and wifi thermostat. I know it sounds nuts but with a big family we need to be comfy...right. The installation was actually quick since they sent a crew of 4 over. The crew was professional, polite and clean, they even covered the floors all the way down to the basement. I would with out any hesitation recommend Family Danz to anyone needing heating or cooling services.
