Not too devil-y. But it Does have a nice spill-over dam, picnic area, bathrooms (w/o sinks on the mens side at least...) and a nice creek for fishing. Small yet cute 👍

No there's signs posted everywhere. No swimming. Its a large dam. With fast moving water and lots of rocks.

Yes you can go tubing at the backbone. There is a place directly across the street to rent tubes if you need to.

There are large rocky hills on both sides of the winding Antietam Creek. The highway makes a sharp turn after crossing the creek and follows the bends like a crooked backbone.

Yes, nice little park along the creek with a dam and several spots for fishing. A small hiking trail, play ground, picnic tables and a pavilion.

Yes you can however if you are under sixteen you must get a trout stamp as it is a stocking area stamp needed year round. Does this help?
