Mike has helped me with several projects. He is awesome! He is knowledgeable, friendly and has a great eye for matching flooring, tile, cabinetry and whatever else you need to narrow down the vast choices available. He listens to what you like and want and responds accordingly. He takes whatever amount of time you need to get through the process. This level of customer service is nonexistent in most of the other places I have visited for home improvement. That alone is well worth going to ProSource and the prices are great too!

We went to purchase flooring for our new kitchen several months ago , My wife and I selected a laminate floor but before we paid for it I asked the question will we have a supply issue given what is going on nationally..The salesaman, Mr. Gray told us not at all "it was in stock"' Weeks later we went to return the laminate having gone to another store and found a better floor at a better price. We were told we had to pay a 25 to 30 percent restocking fee ,several hundred dollars . Well if it was in stock when we bought it , Why were we paying a restocking fee? Not honest heh! And then he never recalled saying that to us. We would never shop there again and would not recommend them to anyone

Very dissapointed with ProSource of Albany overall. They initially underestimated the quantity of materials I needed for the job, which led to me having to call off starting the work the day before and delaying my schedule by two weeks. When i had to return some of the mortar, i was charged a 25% restocking fee. Then come to find out they sold me the incorrect modified thinset material, when only unmodified would be allowed and warrantied by the membrane manufacturer. They accepted a return on the thinset, but would not allow me to return 2 bags of grout when my installer suggested I use a better product instead. So in essence, I spent over $7,000 on materials, and they wouldn't accept back $80 worth of grout.

We ordered flooring, carpet for one bedroom and runway carpet for stairs MONTHS ago. Some how carpet for the bedroom was never ordered, so they say. Also runway carpet just vanished. No one knew where it was. Then days later they "found" runway carpet but it still isn't bound. I'm currently still waiting for my receipts. All bad business. I wouldn't recommend this place. Upset to say the least.
