Gm, Sept. 22nd was my first time at this place, talk about amazing, from the front desk to the X-ray tech, hygienist, dental assist and the dr himself and the billing mgr. everyone was explanatory, patient and let’s not forget the sense of humor from the dr. Just made the whole process of the work I need done so much easier. I never liked going to the dentist that why I’m in the predicament that I’m in now but with a dentist staff and customer service like this I will be taking care of my teeth moving forward., Thank you Sophia L Slade

Got a same day appointment for an urgent dental situation. Was seen within a reasonable amount of wait time. The staff were nice.

This is by far THE WORST DENTAL OFFICE EVER!!!!! I scheduled an Appt & was on time, yet staff still managed to have me wait 2 hrs in a crowded waiting room before being seen. The DENTIST Dr Alan was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! After asking him a few questions about the previous dental work that he performed on my teeth, he became extremely rude & walked out in the middle of my procedure! I been coming to this dentist office for years & have never experienced such Unprofessionalism from a doctor. Someone else had to finish the job because Dr Alan refused to answer simple questions. TERRIBLE!!!! I will NEVER visit this Terrible Dental Office Again!!!! Horrible Customer Service!
