Absolutely will stay there again, all pave pull-thur full hook up, great staff, remolded bathrooms, dog parks, pool and hot tub, great price, location was easy to get too.

Yes, this park is not in a great location, but is very secure, clean, and the people that work the park are very good at keeping things as they should be for an enjoyable time there. We were there for a week and will attempt to book a spot again. We drove over to Sam's Town for breakfast one morning and ate at TGFriday. That was enjoyable too.

They allow 2 pets. They must be on leash at all times outside of the RV. They are only allowed to use the bathroom in the designated areas and outside your coach on artificial grass pee pads if you have them.
Typically no if you make your reservation ahead of time to to request a month or longer rental space. Contact the office they are great and can help you.
Not sure on Costco but Walmart is approximately 3 blocks away

I lived in Vegas, the water is very hard. Most people do drink bottled water. But you won't get sick from drinking the water.
I've never ever seen a ATM machine in any of the RV park that we stay at. There a casino next to it. Walmart about a mile and a chase bank.

Not sure about the kids, mine is a 2000 I had no problem. But apearance most likely will play a part.
actually check out is 12:00pm and checkin is 12:00pm but I have seen them have guests arrive at 8:00am and if the site reserved is empty they will park them or if no reservation they can normally accommodate(in summer)..winter is the busy time so dont plan on coming without a reservation

They have good internet, it is just that they limit your download. Something like 1G per day, then they throttle you down to no speed. So you cannot use it for any type of streaming... basically you can check.your email and that's about it. I stayed there on monthly basis and they allowed me to get internet through the local telephone company Century link, but it was expensive for only 3mb of download speed. Something like $75 per month.
