No they do not, but its a great place to stay
For me it is a place that during the day is practically uninhabited and at night super populated. It is very hot. It is a plastic, allusive city and many non-perishable lights.
there is a shuttle that leaves from next door at Sam's Town and goes to the strip, which is approximately 12 miles. Not very far by Uber or Shuttle.
I didn't see any shuttles while we were there. They are pretty far from the strip.
