Not sure about the kids, mine is a 2000 I had no problem. But apearance most likely will play a part.

No 10 year rule that I know of. We have a 2006 & had no problems. The signs out front say it is a senior resort.
When we were there in the spring, there were kids. I don't know what the 10-year rule is...sorry.
They did not allow my 2 and 4 year olds. We went to oasis rv resort instead.
