Went for regular service and some electrical component issue in my CRV. Bunch of extra service was added such as battery terminal care package, replace cabin air filter etc which I never asked for. Some other service was recommended such as brake fluid replacement and transmission oil change which I feel now was not needed. Overall not happy with the experience. Will take my business to some other Honda dealer.

I could not be more disappointed with the service at this dealership! I have a 2019 Honda Pilot that I had purchased at Primo. I will never go there again. I brought my car in for service in January. I had been getting a low battery warning on my dashboard. I told the service technician. He came back after my service and told me that my battery was fine. I continued to get the low battery notifications. Now just this week, my battery has died three times. I was informed that it’s not under warranty. I was told that in January it would have been. 🤔 Hmm interesting…clearly something was wrong then. This is extremely poor customer service and it is unacceptable business practice.

My experience at Honda San Carlos was amazing! I recently leased my first car and was weary of dealerships because of all the horrible things I’ve heard about salesmen, especially those that take advantage of women. I had visited 20+ dealerships over the past few months and can say that my ONLY productive experience was here. The individuals that I engaged with were not only transparent, but courteous and you can tell they want to make deals with customers without the unnecessary headaches. I cannot recommend Gil, Jazmine and Joel enough for making this experience such a wonderful one. Please ask for them when you come to their dealership! I can’t speak on anyone else, but I can guarentee they alone are why I’ll be sending any friends or family members to them for future business.

An appointment was made for 1:30 PM. The test drive started promptly and I was out the door with my new car by 3:30!! Very quick and easy car buying experience for my Honda Passport.

Yes, these do these kinds of installs. I would call to make sure they have the part and that it's compatible.
When I left my car for service they dropped me off at work in Belmont and picked me up again
