Nothing but exceptional help here. Jeremiah the closing manager, and Travis helped me out as much as they possibly could. Willing to go more than the extra mile. They had what I needed and had quality options. They helped diagnose an issue, and helped get it fixed. Gave me more time and attention than could be expected. Listened with open ears, were professional and cordial. I'm highly impressed with this location, would and will go again will recommend to friends and family. Easily the best and most impressive experience I have had at any Autozone or competitor store. Jeremiah and Travis both deserve raises.

Back in my day, I had a flat tire and my homies lug wrench didn't fit the bolts on my whip, so we hit up the ole auto zone and they got me that wrench quick as the snickens!! 10 outta 9 would recommend!

Place was alright. I’m by no means a car guy. I’ve been learning a lot but have questions. My car was having some difficulty with the battery. Car wouldn’t start. If I pushed on the positive terminal, the car turned on. I wasn’t sure if I had bad cables or just bad terminal clamps. I went in and asked for help, I was directed to isle 11. I said, “ok I just don’t really know what I’m looking for.” Again, directed to isle 11. After looking for a while, I decided I didn’t know enough about what types of cable to replace so I just bought new terminal clamps. So far, no issues with my car. I would have liked to replace the cables but I got no help with it. I’ll have to read more online.

Unfortunately no, because autozone exclusively uses fed ex for shipping the cost for you to ship it over there would be ridiculous in the hundreds of dollars. You'd have better luck getting them directly from Japan, and having dhl or ups ship it to you.
