We would definitely recommend this community. It is a great place to walk your pet anytime day or night with the feeling of it being very secluded. The grounds are immaculate and having access to the clubhouse is a great feature. We are moving out of state and our home, Space# 172 will be available soon!

Is there anything available
Im not sure if there is any rentals but I have seen some for sale signs and yes they allow pets, I have seen people walking their dogs, it's very clean and quiet there, nice pool, a clubhouse and a small miniature golf course too, it's not far from Wal-Mart, WinCo foods, plenty of restaurants, grocery outlet and much more

Well you can expect it to go up every year. But over all it is a wonderful little community. Very satisfied with how pleasent every one is.
My mother-in-law lives there she has a double wide very big lot. I'm not exactly sure but I think it is 800 month
No, not to live in. If you live in a home in the park they have a lot you can pay extra for to park your RV in.
Number 9 is right next door to my parents. I believe it was well maintained. Same owner for a long time.
In the past they were able to, but the property was sold recently and I do not know if the owners are still able to do that. You would need to check the homeowners association documents.
I pay 653.50 plus water, gas n garbage. The utilities are added to the space rent. Electric is through Modesto Irrigation District seprate bill.
