Manager never in office.....lack of amenities.....gates always open....un happy place...shut ins... No activities..over price rent.....lets anyone buy or rent....some druggies.....BEWARE!!!

Hello the rent is $650 for the space where the movie home is nice places there is some for sale I dont know how much but there good is quiet and there is a gate to get in just that hou ha e to be 55 and up cause is for older people but is clean and quiet

They have a pretty lenient policy on animals I'm not sure what the size regulations are though. I live here at the park and it's a nice place to live and everybody has a pet and I see different sizes but I'm just not sure what the policy is call Ursula in the front office she's the park manager and she's a delightful lady.
Yes. Only one animal. But you can register your animal as an emotional support or service pet if you want more than one. Also warning you that if anyone complains about the noise of your pet then you’d have to remove the pet. It says that on the lease. Also if you get complaints about doing ANYTHING that annoys someone then you’d have to stop doing it immediately or else you’ll get kicked out even if you own the home. I wouldn’t recommend this park. Nothing but a bunch of scum lords
Technically he can smoke but if he lives anywhere near space number 91 then he’ll complain about you CONSTANTLY! He’s a piece of sh*t
around 535 depending on what your water usage is . i believe the rent space is $515.00 plus water usage

Space rentals varies,I would guess by lot size and unit you plan to purchase,but please don't quote me on this,my mother rental is around $470ish..The park is under new ownership,so the rent has went up this year...you have access to laudry room,swimming pool and believe clubhouse.I do Ihss for my mom under the previous owners I believe i was in my 40s ,but not sure under new owners... Have nice day....
