The Mobile homes are owned by each individual resident. If you are looking to rent, you will need to rent from the individual resident. The resident/owners pay rent for their own space, but own their Manufactured Home inside of Homewood Village.

How much is the space rent and what does it include? (Water/sewer/garbage, etc.) Thank you

Each space rent is different based on their individual lease. The leases typically last 10 years.

All Manufactured homes in this park are owned by the residents. The land is a lease. A great place to live for sure. Such a beautiful park.
