Depends on the size of lot the mobile home is on.
Not sure if your just moving in to already here mobile home or moving the mobile home in the park. Space rent varies by size of lot you have. They offer Tenancy bonus to those who want to sign up for it.
We don't rent mobile homes. Everyone owns their mobile home and rent the land. You would have to come by and see if there are any mobile homes for sale.
Yes, we do have a clubhouse and facilities for the residents to use. We do not allow any type of event open to the public thou.
We have several trains that pass during night but depends on where your space is to how noisy they are. I myself am not bothered as have always lived close to train tracks.
