The Clayton House delivers high quality compassionate care on a daily basis. There team is amazing and takes pride in caring for their residents. I am so thankful I was able to place my dad in a facility I trust. The management keeps me informed and the staff know him by his first name. They are able to provide me updates whenever I ask. My mom and I can rest peacefully knowing he is safe and in great hands at the Caring House. Thank you!

Clayton House has done a great job taking care of my dad. We moved him from a facility that had bed bugs and scabies. The residents there were being neglected and not being cared for. With special care in the moving process Clayton House received my dad without bringing the bed bugs with him. They cared for him and helped me get him the care he need. Melisha was my contact person and I will be forever grateful to her for the love and care they give my father. All staff are friendly and nice to him.

Run!! They have a few that care but not enough unfortunately. Moved our loved one today due to the horrible care she received. Ed just likes the title and sorry pay…lol but does not care. Don’t let her fool you. Corporate people are a joke. Please spare you loved ones the neglect.

My mother received decent care at this facility however we currently have a billing dispute and no one will return my phone calls or answer the phone. I have made several calls to this facility, all in vain. I guess they don't want to get paid. They made an accounting error and are now saying that I have to pay them myself when the money comes from social security and Medicare. How can you run a business and not answer your phone or return a phone call? I did speak with someone at the facility in the billing department supposedly but this person refuse to do anything other than say I had to pay the bill. IT IS THEIR ACCOUNTING ERROR, NOT MINE. I'm hoping the owner will see this and motivate these people to do their job.

Yes we do
They do take care of dementia patients but do not know if they have room need call them .
