Terrible customer service. This is my 2nd time trying to purchase lumber with them. ONLY because it is close & convenient. I won’t make that mistake again. Called twice to get a quote & never received it. Got a follow up a week later asking if I was still interested. I said no I never received the quote & they said that If I waited 20 mins he would put it together quickly.. I said no.. bc they said that the first 2 times. Went with Wendell discount lumber.. super cheap & paid a little extra for delivery.

Yes, Guy C Lee Clayton is open to the general public.
Not sure, there's probably a separate one for each store and then a overall one for corporate.You should be able to find on their website.There are at least three stores in N.C.
