Mary-Scott Baker is my doctor, she's always on top of her job, her and her staff, also the pharmacist, sorry can't remember her name, front receptionist are all very helpful, are we talking about the same place? my wife and myself, are very pleased with UNC Hospitals and staff, I am glad they got Duke Care out of here, for they had a very negative impact on Johnston County and its people, in my opinion.

I arrived on site @ the urgent care side. I checked in from outside, waited comfortably in my car, went inside. I was immediately greeted by a very friendly staff, nurse, and physician. The nurse and physician listened to my symptoms, evaluated me, diagnosed me, and I was on my way to the pharmacy. I could not have asked for a smoother process.

So am rating a one star today for so many reasons. One of the main issues was Jakira I had a bad experience from start to finish with her, she is rude and arrogant. She didn’t have no consideration for my needs, which made me very upset on the way I got treated there. This definitely doesn’t represent UNC clinics I’ve been too in the past. Will NOT BE GOING BACK!!!!
