We have been residents of Coralwood Estates for over 20 years and have been through three management teams. The current team is the best property management team in northern California because they enforce all the rules and regulations. We no longer have alcoholic beverages around the pool or droves of children that do not live with their grandparents running around. The on-site laundry mat has been upgraded and is very user friendly. The pool is now maintained at a comfortable temperature year around and kept very clean. The deck tables and patio furniture give it a country club feel. The new gas lines make us feel very safe and as if we won't have an incident in the community. The driveways and roadways now appear brand new. The paint scheme approved by the office is very pleasing to the eye and the approval for our roof was painless. All our other remodeling meets or exceeds the CA building codes. Ten years ago we had undesirable tenants in the community. The current management weeded out all the undesirables and there are now no residents I would not invite over for Sunday dinner. We are happy with all the rules, regulations, and community guidelines-- especially no parking in the streets-- in place at Coralwood Estates and can not wait to continue being a part of such a wonderful community going forward.
