Around $800 for new tenants I think... Water/garbage included (just overheard some ladies talking when I was at an estate sale so don't quote me) 😉

Rent is $565.00 for newbies with water and garbage incl. Empty spaces available plus 3-4 existings for sale. Homes have been selling very fast. Very friendly and clean 55+ community. Small dog friendly.
Senior - 55+ mobile park. Rent is 565$ mo. incl garbage n water, use of clubhouse n pool, security gate with remote, dog friendly, monthly potlucks, semi-annual yard sales n art &crafts, sewing club Mondays, random movie nights, friendly (lookout for your neighbor) community and the koolest managers.
don't think so as residents own the home and rent the space
