My daughter has been here for more than a year and we are very happy with everything regarding the nursery. The teachers are very affectionate and attentive with the children, we have never had any kind of inconvenience on the contrary, my daughter returns home happy and can remember many things that she learns day by day and I love the measures that are taken with respect to child safety and facility security.

Multiple times my 4 year old son came home injured with no one able to tell me what happened. One of the times I saw tear marks and when I asked him what happened he said two boys pushed him down and kicked him. When I asked the school what happened they told me they would get back to me and never did. Another time his lip was busted when he fell but I didn’t find out until I picked him up from school and saw it. After I removed him from school he tells me he would watch centaurworld which is a 14+ cartoon at daycare. I watched that show and it is not acceptable for kids at all. Go ahead and look it up, it’s on Netflix.

I think some folks care about kids there, but they have a lot of room to improve. - Inspectors came to the daycare last week when I happened to be picking up. She let the parents waiting outside know that we were allowed inside and had been for the past year! Through the cold, when picking up sick kids, we were always told to wait outside. What are they hiding? - 6 months later, they still spelled her name wrong. - Her lips were dry as if she didn't get enough to drink. Other moms said they don't offer drinks all the time. She always came out super thirsty and hungry no matter what time. - Diapers were wet regularly upon pickup. One day, they never changed her at all. We dropped her with underwear, and she would be potty training successfully at home and come home in a diaper under her underwear. - No communication ever - She started being fearful that we would leave her at daycare every time we went anywhere and crying uncontrollably when we took her there, so we don't anymore. - Called to cancel, and they didn't seem to care. They didn't ask us why.
