Quiet and peaceful place to live and stay there and one of mine best best friend Shawn dad live there until he passed away this place April 2021 ,but he sister daughter lives there and my friend Shawn and I stop by there to see if she was home before going to see my only daughter Cathy Anne ,that I have not seen in 3 year's ago .

This place is a train wreck! Owners are in Sacramento so manager doesn't show up for work! Sits at home and gets paid for it. Must be nice!

The rent is between 580- 800 depending on size of home.. I'm here visiting mom for a few months, there might be some for sale come check them out....gas ,water garbage included....hope you find a place to live soon .....sorry about your home burning down🙏😥

When is the laundry room goin to open again??!! Its been almost a month and it was closed for "painting " if it's not being painted then open it cause people need it and requests to open are ignored something needs to be done about it!!

That is totally messed up and you should call the country and the b.b.b. on them ,they would definitely give them a fine that has to be done and if they do not comply with the country,the county will definitely close them down

I want the owner to do something about the disruptive noise of work tools that many of the tenants create. It's this park a residential park or a working/construction place!! This is ridiculous!!

I totally agree with you aboutthey should let everybody know ahead of time they were going to use tools that makes alot of Noise so everyone knows what is going on
