Had a great visit at Phelps. Our tour guide Joe was very knowledgeable and gave a great tour. He was also very nice and helpful picking out other local things to see during our day trip to Binghamton.

As people have said there is a reasonable fee except as noted on first Friday. The parking is free and behind the Mansion, entrance from Pine Street. I have lived in the Binghamton area all of my 62 years and always wondered what the Mansion was like, I was not disappointed.
