As people have said there is a reasonable fee except as noted on first Friday. The parking is free and behind the Mansion, entrance from Pine Street. I have lived in the Binghamton area all of my 62 years and always wondered what the Mansion was like, I was not disappointed.
Yes you do but I think the prices are more then fair, $7 for adults
It's worth it. Look for special events that make it farewell.
