It such a lovely lodge, and the service is excellent! Came here for a professional conference and it has the perfect setting for meeting, entertainment, and food wise. P.S: the champion game room is also a plus! Will def come here again!

FABULOUS! The hotel team went above and beyond to accommodate our unique needs. My husband had a back issue and was in severe pain and they set up the ideal hotel room with a hot tub en suite. Typically, toting three kids with ski gear (3 under ten y.o.), I'm exhausted, but they haul your stuff, boot you and the kids up and go to great lengths to keep you comfortable. The guys who help you boot up were all amazing. I wish I remembered all their names. (Nate, good luck with your soccer career in Costa Rica) Unfortunately, our ski gear arrived a day late via fedex. They outfitted us with awesome rentals and gear from various sources within an hour and had us on the slopes. They set us up in their theatre for a couple private movies with popcorn. In my seven year olds words ... " the breakfast buffet will change your life." The car service was awesome and complimentary. They have their own lift ticket booth and the ladies worked hard to help me acquire pvt lessons and adventure club even though they were sold out.The complimentary game room and lingonberry and meatball pizza was great. Warm pools and perfectly hot hot tubs were not crowded. The deck Apres fondue was fabulous.The guests were all happy and from all over the world. And all this in an easy ski in ski out mid mountain at Deer Valley location. I don't know how you are hiring your team and keeping the service bar so high in our modern post covid/ millennial workforce day and age, but congratulations Stein, you are nailing it! Thank you for a heavenly customized trip! We will be back soon. Family F-T

Honestly, nothing can compare to the customer service and care that Stein offers it’s’ guests. Every single employee we encountered from the bellman, ski valets and waiters to the concierge team are all just incredible, personable, kind hearted and willing to go the extra mile. The hotel offers an unparalleled ski vacation experience. Stein has “it” figured out. You won’t regret it!!

Amazing service at every turn. Great location on the mountain for ski on/off convenience. Restaurant, pool, hot tubs - all great. The Stein Eriksen never disappoints. But it is pricey!
