We really enjoyed our stay here! Nothing was crazy nice but it was a very decent value! The location and transportation was great! Didn't love the pool area and parking was packed. Went downstairs to get breakfast and they want $18 per adult for a basic hotel breakfast. I was also chased down near the elevator by their Starbucks employee asking if I took the receipt that I had to sign, I said, " no man it's on the counter top, signed. " He just turned around haha.

Customer Service is too-notch! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted and welcomed. We had the pleasure of being checked in by Teeny...what a delight! She literally makes everyone feel like a VIP! Rosana was our daily server for breakfast. Gave us "our table", knew what drinks to serve, filled up in a timely manner, and knew when we were ready to go! We enjoyed every morning because of her. The shuttle drivers were all so kind and helpful. My only cons from the week are: 1. Starbucks had stale croissants, and didn't really care when I brought it up to them. 2. Housekeeping took two of my personal items, did not find to return, and even though I was told to repurchase and they would pay me back, I did not receive compensation. #disappointed

We read the negative reviews before coming and were concerned before arrival. I think the reason for some of the 1 star reviews is that people are expecting a Ritz Carlton 5 star hotel (with concierge etc) and not a 3 star hotel. We had great service and had requested a top 4th floor room. While we had tried to upgrade our room, it wasn’t possible (even with our Titanium status) due to the hotel being completely sold out well in advance. We were there on one of the busiest weekends of the year in February and found the service to be excellent. Front desk was always well staffed. Housekeeping was excellent and provided towels and supplies if you needed them. Room was clean and nice. Great free parking underground with easy access to the hotel. Great stay!

Stayed here for one night. When I arrived, the room was freezing cold. I then put the heat on and left for dinner. In hopes that the room would be warm when I got back. However, when I got back the room was blasting cold air even though the heater was on. It was 30 degrees outside. I called the front desk and they sent a guy from maintenance to fix it. It took a little while but he eventually fixed it. When it was time to go to sleep, the heat was still on full blast no matter the temperature set. At 4am I woke up sweating because the heat was blasting even though I set the temp to 70 degrees. I called the front desk again to let them know the situation and how uncomfortable it was. They told me they would let the manager know and let me know when maintenance would be back in for work. Meanwhile, I am having to turn off and on the temperature the rest of my sleep to make sure I don’t die of heat exhaustion. I called for the 3rd time at 8:45am to see what the update on my situation was. The lady I talked to told me that she could not refund me my room because I booked through a 3rd party. So I talked to the 3rd party I booked with and they told me that the Sheraton can 100% refund me my room. So the lady from the 3rd party, Rose, called the Sheraton and spoke to Maria. Maria told her that they would not refund me my room. Overall, terrible customer service. And Maria should not be in management at the Sheraton if she is going to treat customers like this! Do not book here!

I would check with the hotel. Emotional support animals may not fit ada requirements. Best to check with them first and have the appropriate paperwork to support you.
