Had an amazing stay with the family. First summer vacation here, and loved every bit of it. First, Debra from the concierge desk did a great job of organizing our activities. She was great at communicating and getting us exactly what we wanted. When we arrived, our front desk person was very friendly, and hospitable. We got the gold status upgrade, which was a nice touch. Everyone at the restaurant was awesome and remembered our name and preferences when we were there. The pool was great area to relax and enjoy the good weather. Will defintely be back.

Beautiful resort nestled high in the Wasach Range. A ski lovers paradise. They provide impeccable service & a highly trained staff that we come to expect with the Waldorf brand. Extremely secluded resort offers the very best in privacy. I definitely recommend the Park City Waldorf Astoria as it should be high up on ones' bucket list.

Stayed at the Waldorf Park City for my birthday and was treated amazing by everyone we encountered! Grecia and Dave at the front gave us a tremendous room upgrade then sent up a bottle of champagne and macaroon plate. They also gave us an additional food/drink comp. At the restaurant we were served by Megan who was extremely friendly and engaging. I have been a Diamond member for years and stay at Hilton’s on a weekly basis and this was the best experience at a hotel I’ve ever had!! Thank you for making my birthday weekend extremely special!

The entire experience was amazing. Jackie and her entire team were amazing. They provided courtesy shuttles everywhere. My wife loved the spa and had a great time. Breakfast at powder was wonderful and the hot chocolate in the evening was wonderful. Jackie's recommendations for dinner and the reservations she made for us were great. The shuttle she arranged for our transport to and from the airport was perfect. All of the staff was wonderful and very attentive. Head of housekeeping came and introduced himself and was happy to provide us with additional pillows. It was our first time staying at a Waldorf property, we typically stay at Hilton properties regardless. Now we will look for Waldorf's whenever we travel. thanks again it was perfect.
