Also very brief word with receptionist, could of been the slightest bit helpful and she had to question what i was told over phone asking "who".

if you expect delivery on a scheduled and confirmed day and time, don't. I never experienced such a dissapointing experience in my life. have been waiting twice with no show and no communication. go elsewhere , buy on line , but big mistake ordering from ferguson. Ed - Park City
