Positive: Pool was open 24 X 7. Negative: Our initial room smelled really bad. We changed room and the new one was the same. Maybe it is because they allow pets in the rooms; but the odor is terrible. We bought an air freshiner from Walmart to help mask the smell.

+great location, away from the highway so quiet! +super clean, renovated rooms and overall a beautiful property that feels upscale +friendly team -bed's not great (I've found this at the new / renovated HIE properties! It's such a bummer - the decor and ambience is elevated but they seem to be going cheap on the beds. It was bouncy and squeaky...) -no dedicated pet walk area (there are small grassy spots throughout the parking lot or you can walk behind the building - between it and what appears to be an apartment complex) -walls are a bit thin - can be a challenge if you end up with noisy neighbors

Positive: Beautiful, spacious room. Awesome amenities: sauna, hot tub, fitness area. Walking distance to restaurant and grocery. Easy, nice breakfast and tea options at night.

Positive: The hot breakfast was superb for a budget hotel -- we had a wonderful stay and the hotel was newly renovated. The rooms were very clean and it's a great location if you want to save some money on a hotel room near Park City (~10min easy drive). Negative: The sauna door did not close properly, and the gym is a bit small
