Resort is very nice, rooms are not anything special but they are clean and the pool/hot tub are as well. The gym is also nicer than most hotels. Beware of "Resort Fees". We had pre-paid for our hotel with "$0 due at hotel". Upon arrival they requested a card for incidentals and proceeded to charge us $200 that we were told would be refunded after our stay. Turns out that charge was for resort fees and after calling 3 separate times I was finally informed of this.. the first two people I spoke with told me the money should be refunded shortly. Quite the frustrating experience, and for that price I would not stay here.

For the most part, the staff was friendly and attentive. The room I booked was decent, but the carpet had rolls in it and needs to be stretched. The shower also had soap caked on the ledge. For $500+/night, I expected a more polished room. They surely make a huge profit on overpriced food—$18 for a “double burger” which consisted of two thin hamburger patties and frozen fries—not to mention what they charge for bottled water in the lobby market. You’re better off paying the same price for a DBB burger in the Village and it’s higher quality food. The bottom line is to eat elsewhere as much as possible, if you stay here, and bring snacks/refreshments to avoid being robbed. Finally, it’s not a ski in ski out hotel this year. They don’t own the adjacent lift and Vail Resorts doesn’t have it running due to staffing issues. If you book a non refundable room, and the lift next to the hotel is not operating, then you have to rely on the hotel shuttle…...if it’s around. Otherwise, you’re walking down the hill to the Village lifts, which gets old and tiring coming back up after a day of skiing. Overall, I’d suggest other lodging such as the Waldorf, the Silver Star or the Grand Summit.

I recently stayed at the Marriott Beaver Creek Lodge, Autograph Collection, and what a noticeable difference in customer service and quality compared to the Hyatt Centric Park City. Comparing the two brands, Marriott seems to value its customers more and provides a higher quality experience/product out of the two in my opinion. During my stay at the Hyatt , it was hit or miss as to whether or not I encountered an employee who appeared to enjoy their job. The valets and bellhops were the friendliest of the group and I didn’t even utilize their services. Furthermore, for this Hyatt to claim that they are ski in/ski out this season is deceptive. While they do note with an * that the Sunrise Lift is subject to Vail Resorts opening date, Vail Resorts has not opened that lift all season and it is said that they have no intention to do so. So, this Hyatt is a ski in hotel for 2021/22, at best…depending on if Retreat is open. They should make this clear. You will 100% have to take their shuttle, or walk, to the lifts to start your day. Never again will I patronize a Hyatt, and certainly not this Hyatt, when there is a Marriott in the same location. Any difference in price is well worth it.

Just finished a great weekend stay. I’ve travelled a few times in the last year, and this was the best experience. Vail resorts has kept the lift outside the hotel closed all season. The hotel more than made up for it with constant shuttles to the base. The restaurant had great staff and food.

Since they're different rates for different sized rooms I would call or email them. I found Hyatt to be super helpful.
Yes, mini fridges in some
I don't think so. Uber seemed to be the cheapest way to get there.
They have large suits with multiple bed rooms that can accommodate large family/group
