I tried several times to cancel a surgery but the staff told me that “the doctor must cancel”. I said I had to fire the doctor and they continued to argue and ended up saying “what a jackass” while I was still on the phone. Wow nice customer service!

Had a endoscopy and couldn't of been more pleased. Very prompt, very little wait time the waiting room and back in prep. All the staff was very friendly which puts you at ease. Everyone in concerned introduced their self and their job. Before I knew it, I was done and within an hour I was heading home. No after effects, they even called the next day to see how I was doing. Would highly recommend this facility.
