Very friendly and informative. Family owned and operated. Beautiful, healthy plants. I highly recommend them.

Went there to look for a tree. Had no idea what kind of tree I wanted and ended up leaving with a Hong Kong Orchid tree. They were so helpful and knowledgeable and she showed me a full grown tree They had on the property and I fell in love π₯° can't wait until mine grows! My daughter ended up getting a really neat plant too. I will definitely be back!

We took my 82 yr old father there for the first time yesterday morning. Not only were we welcomed by two wonderful father and daughter team but they were also most pleasant and spent much time explaining and sharing different varieties and species of plants that work here in Florida.

What a Garden of Eden. font of information, friendly and knowledgeable staff. This place is a wonder and prices are amazing. As a gardener. I want one of everything. My first visit but surely not my last. Thank you for your advice and suggestions as to planting my daughter's virgin lot. I love the mature trees and the use of native vegetation. Gale A. Sinclair

Check to make sure it wasn't planted too deep. The flare root should be at or above the ground surface. Water every other day if no rain. Use the fertilizer every 3 months for the first year. If all of this is correct, as long as your leaves are green showing no sign of disease or damage, you should see new leaves soon. When you transplant a tree, it first is in shock, then most of the growth the first year is underground establishing a root system. Also, citrus trees are slow growers. If there is fruit on the tree, it is recommended the fruit is removed for the first year to keep the tree's energy directed at the roots versus fruit growth. Hello!Sorry, the cherry plum tree does not grow this far south.
Yes
I'm sorry, we are out of stock in plantains at this time.
Good morning! We do have potted dragon fruit. We are open again Tuesday 9am-4pm and would be happy to show them to you. Thank you for your interest in our nursery!
I'm sorry, at this time we do not. We do however have a large variety of other plants, shrubs, trees and fruit bearing items. We wish you luck and hope to see you for your other planting needs in the future!
Many non-native palms benefit from some level of fertilizer and water. It really depends what you consider low-maintenance. Another consideration is cold tolerance. If looking for privacy -in width -you could look to some clustering palms like Chinese-fan palms, but eventually they will get taller above sightlines. Arecas are popular but aren't maintenance-free. Florida is fortunate in many plants grow well and provide privacy. There are some plants for butterflies and birds that can afford privacy, too- it just depends on your aesthetic, spacing, etc. For more details including what may be in stock it's best to call 941-276-7758.
I do not know for sure, but they have a pretty good selection of trees at good prices
He has some. Ice cream bananas are my choice. Smaller fruit but very sweet, fast growing and good producer.
