This is a five star office IF the particularly rude woman at the front desk was removed from her position. I waited at the window for an awkward minute while I could clearly hear her nonwork related conversation with another employee. Eventually the window slid open and a clip board was thrust at me with the statement: name, date of birth, and symptoms. Caught off guard by the abruptness I asked if that was a question or whether she would like me to write this information down. She then put her hand on her forehead and gave an "Oy vey." I asked her if she was ok as she appeared upset and she wanted to argue with me. I felt too sick to share how I felt. I also remembered her from my last visit and recalled it was not worth my breath. Looking at the reviews I am clearly not the only one to encounter this poor, miserable woman. I'm confident though that this employee should seek employment of the type that does not involve customer care, as clearly this job is not her forte.

Worst walk in clinic to ever exists. the women who work the front desk to sign you in are grouchy and awful people who should choose a different career path. They also only have probably 1 doctor at a time is what it seems like considering if you walk in there at 9 am you’ll leave there at 2 pm when there’s only 3 people in front of you. Take the time and go somewhere else don’t even bother wasting your whole day on this god awful facility.

If you care about your human rights , DO NOT GO HERE! They discriminated against a pregnant woman (me) and refused to see me because I would not put a mask on because wearing a mask goes against everything I stand for. I am going to raise my unborn child to always stand up for what is right no matter what. This place is tyrannical and when I told the front desk lady that she shrugged her shoulders like she didn't seem to care. Just because you are "doing your job" doesn't not mean what you are doing is ok! This will not be the last time you hear from me because I am woman that brings on change! Have you ever heard of the Nuremberg Trials? Saying I was just doing my job doesn't cut it!

The ladies at the front desk are rude and condescending. But once you get past the waitingbroom door, things change immensely. The nurse I had was so warm and caring.. but the gem of this place is Dr Papan. He is wonderful. So kind and helpful. He is worth going through all the meanness up front.

Yes. I found them to be very professional.
Yes
Yes. They do COVID testing for travel, but you need to know which one is required before you go in. There are 2 kinds. Antigen and PCR. It goes through your insurance like a regular doctor's visit. You pay the copay. You don't need an appointment, but it's best to go as early as you can. Some days get very busy and all the time slots will fill up.
I don't think so 🤔
Great staff and attention for everyone .
Yes but I would make an appointment on there website so you won't have to wait long
Fell and have a swollen elbow. Treatment was good . Wait time long, no appointments.
They don't do the PCR test, try Walgreens, CVS or Publix
It depends on what your problem is you have to see a special doctor for cortisone shot.
Going online to the millennium Physicians group website and click on "skip the line"
Yes
I've noticed it is less crowded really early in the morning or later in the evening. If you do not want to wait you can access their page and make an appointment at the walk in clinic. This is the fastest way to get in and out.
Yes
Yes, but a referral/auth is necessary for HMO's.
The walk-in in Venice will, and I believe PC will, as well.
No, at our Venice location, we take walk-in appts for labs set at every 5 minutes. You can call ahead for an appt. Thank you.
Calling or coming in is your best bet. Posting in the questions section on google won't get you anywhere.
