I've had the most wonderful time dealing with Christina L. In the leasing office. She is the sweetest most compassionate person whom is very understanding of your situation and goes above and beyond to accommodate you in every way. Since I'm relocating long distance she even went so far as to make me videos of a couple of the apartments that were available since I wasn't able to come in personally and take a tour. And get this....she answers her phone every time I've called! I've just been blown away by the amazing level of customer service I've received. Way to go Christina! Thank you for everything!

I recommend taking a tour of Truewood if you're looking for a comfortable place to retire. The building went through a big renovation last year and looks great. The employees are friendly and have always been willing to help or answer questions.

Energetic outgoing community. It was fun to see how many residents were engaged down stairs. The staff really knows its business and understands what it takes to care for our loved ones.

Great staff. Very much resident oriented. Continuous updates. We are all excited at the change in management for this facility. The first meetings with the members of Grace Management were very positive and promising for what will be in he future of Royal Palm and its residents and staff.After 20 years on the job I am looking forward to the new management progressive outlook.
