My family and I stayed here for a wedding that we were attending nearby. We were only staying for a couple days after we had just finished a 6 day vacation in Cabo. We were ready for home, but we had to attend this wedding first. Arriving at the Hyatt Place in Park City was like coming home. The rooms at this location are very spacious. We walked in to a very clean room, that had a living room area, bedroom area, and even a mini fridge. We had all our necessities at our disposal including three family size dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We were also very pleased to know that the couch turned into a bed, which we were able to utilize for our teenager. We received two complimentary bottled waters and a late checkout for being Hyatt club members. Honestly, I feel like even if we weren’t members, we would have received the waters and late check-out anyway. Thanks again Hyatt for making us feel at home.

Hyatt in Park city is a clean, comfortable, and quiet hotel. The staff was polite and attentive, and there was a nice view of the mountains from our window. We had no issues or complications with our stay, and would like to stay here again in the future.

Absolutely atrocious customer service! My family and I booked 2 rooms on 11/21/21 for a stay starting 2/24/22. The hotel canceled the reservation 2/21/22 stating they were unable to honor the booking. They originally lied, citing a leaky pipe as the reason for canceling. One person accidentally let slip the truth that they overbooked. I requested to speak with the manager Paula Jaramillo who “was in a meeting” and left my number for call back. She never returned my call to make things worse the staff never picked up my subsequent phone calls until I blocked my number (they kept putting the call on hold then hanging up). When speaking to Ms Jaramillo, she had no remorse for ruining our trip (ski passes, plane tickets, rentals), refused to give an explanation for not honoring our 3 month old booking and then hung up on me. She then called my poor elderly mother racist on another call when she said she couldn’t understand her accent and hung up on her. Please imaging yourself in a similar situation 3 days from your trip that’s been booked for months, with everywhere else booked. You DO NOT want to deal with this customer service. Find somewhere else to stay and avoid this complete lack of empathy and professionalism.

They would not clean our room upon request. We asked the front desk for a light cleaning on day 3 of our stay and we come back to a room with our bed still unmade and with a pile of “clean” unfolded towels on the couch. We stayed for 4 days and they refused to provide us a proper light cleaning. They said they were unable to clean our room mid-stay due to their new Covid policy, however, NO STAFF were wearing masks the entire duration of our stay which seems quiet contradicting. The policy seems more of a way for Hyatt to cut costs and as Hyatt globalists, we will also be cutting our costs to Hyatt by switching to Marriott properties. The only reason I provide two stars is the breakfast was well stocked and the breakfast area was clean every morning.

I just stayed here for 6 days straight for my honeymoon. I did not once see any slowdown in internet speed even through streaming Netflix on my computer.
