Great stay, clean, friendly staff, love the rooms/ suites here. Large enough for family with Full fridge, stove, standard microwave, dishes, etc... Has a small outdoor pool, and small half court (basketball). Hot breakfast bar with prewrapped breakfast sandwichs, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee, tea, juice, etc... (free) Great stay.

Stayed here when a family member passed in Lynchburg General. The hotel was great in every aspect!! Late check out, late arrival...flexible on nights of stay..they were great to handle whatever we needed!! Rachel & Taylor were the best!!

I feel we were scammed on the App. I was suppose to get. $250 e-card to use for my bill , however never received the gift card and no one at the hotel can answer it and I spent over 3 hours on the phone calling multiple numbers and was told the can not do anything. Even tho I had a screen shot that I was suppose to receive a e gift card. Out of $250.

Rachel went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Our first room had a slight A/C issue (it was a super hot weekend) so Rachel went and checked other available rooms to find one that wouldn't cook us. I also realised I didn't have everything I needed in my toiletry case, Rachel came to the rescue again by finding what I needed behind the front desk. Absolute superstar!! Really helped make our stay wonderful. As for the hotel itself, I have stayed in a Residence Inn before and loved it so knew what to expect. We stayed in the king studio which was plenty of space for the 2 of us and a pup. The rooms and bathrooms are modern and clean. I enjoy a marshmallowy bed so that's a hit for me, too. Breakfast was simple and straightforward - coffee, juices, eggs, sausage, biscuits (all fresh) and then an assortment of packaged bread, muffins and bagels. The hotel is directly next to a mall so plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. A great stay all round!
