The pharmacy has the worst staff possible and it's all due to the lead pharmacist. They list their hours on Google and will close hours before their supposed to and not give any updates. They are rude when you mention it and they take longer than any walgreens to fill. Walgreens is great but this pharmacist is why these reviews are what they are.

My prescription was sent to this Walgreens around 2 in the afternoon. Around 8:00 I saw that the prescription wasn’t filled and still pending. I call the store and was placed on hold. I waited over 12 min then I was just hanged up on. So I decided to call and drive just to be told that it wasn’t worked and that they were closing. I don’t understand the level of unprofessionalism to be rudely be placed on hold and just for them to hang up on me. I am taking my bussiness to CVS here my questions are answered and treated with respect. TAKE YOU BUSSINESS ELSE WHERE… the frustration isn’t worth it. I honestly would rate 0 stars if I could. If your understaffed then hire… you’re playing with the livelihood of people that need their medication on time.

Disgraceful. I’ve been a Walgreens customer for 20+ Years when I lived in Robbinsville and North Brunswick. I moved to Englishtown with my family in January. Always a fan, never a problem. This one is another story. Every time I go, there 4-5 cars deep in line at the drive through and if you give up and go inside, the line is even worse. My latest issue…My wife had an antibiotic called in from her Dr for an eye infection Tuesday morning at 10 am after her appointment. She’s a stopped by Walgreens around 4pm, they hadn’t filled it yet. They finally filled it yesterday, Wednesday, 26 hours later. I ran out on my lunch break to pick it up for her. Drive up..5 cars deep and not moving. I go inside, 10 people deep fry wiring in line. An elderly woman in front of me was in tears over the line. I had to leave as I had a 1:00 work call. . Finally picked it up last night at 6:00 after waiting 20 minutes at the dive through The pharmacy employees are extremely rude, under staffed and slow. My wife called to talk to the pharmacist and she couldn’t have been any less empathetic. Basically, “we’ll fill it when we get to it” attitude. Again, antibiotic for an infection. Not some maintenance drug. I will never go back. There’s a CVS just around the corner, maybe I’ll have better luck there .

This pharmacy is absolutely horrible. Every time I pick up my prescription I end up waiting at least 30 minutes or more at both the drive through and inside the store. The customer service is terrible and the people working in the pharmacy have no idea what they are doing. They are rude, incompetent, and extremely slow. I picked up my prescription and they proceeded to call me everyday for a week telling me to pick up my prescription that I already picked up a week ago. Not to mention when you try to call back, they put you on hold for an hour and it’s impossible to speak to anyone. WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!
