I would recommend anybody to stay at this hotel very professional, great breakfast and great staff....wonderful people and they all work hard!!!

The beds were comfortable, the room and other areas clean. There was adequate parking. Not far from the things we intended to do and people we intended to see while in VA. Breakfast offered things that both my husband and I could enjoy, accounting for our separate food allergies. Pool was not opened at this time. Did not have time to use other amenities.

Nice staff, clean room, usual prepackaged breakfast fare, but the bed was *so* uncomfortable. I'm generally not that picky, but this one was just was too firm and worn in/lumpy/wavy. The bed alone will keep me from going back.

First let me say that all of the staff that we encountered were wonderful. The hotel is a different story, a little old. There's mold in the bathroom shower. The toilet had permanent rust, or some other stain. The carpet is stained too. Not the quality that I would expect for a Holiday Inn Express. And they didn't even do the room service unless you requested it. If you stay more than one night you have to make your own bed. Not good. I know you could ask for it but it should just be a given. Same thing with the towels I had to get them myself. Doesn't seem like a real nice hotel stay, when you have to do all those things yourself.
