The only reason I gave it two stars is because the bed was comfortable. We booked through Priceline booked for one room, two queen beds...checked in but the front desk did not inform us that they changed our room. We got a king size bed but no pull out sofa. Went back to front desk and she THEN informs me that there are no double beds available and they are over booked. 😡😡 It's me, my husband and our 16 yo daughter and now we all gotta sleep in one bed🙄 I then asked if we could get one extra towel and washcloths cause there weren't any in the room....they did not have washcloths 😵‍💫😤 so needless to say, you get what you pay for🤷🏾‍♀️ but don't waste your money here!

The staff at this Super 8 is absolutely wonderful and made our trip a pleasure. We will stay here again. Liberty graduation weekend! Aaron got us all checked in, Jessica accommodated us needing another night, and Hannah answered my billing question. Kim fixed the tv right away! My thanks to this team for making our visit great! This hotel also has a great location......it's right across the street from Liberty University, right across the street from Thomas Road Church, and a couple of restaurants right next door. Our heartfelt thanks.

If broken smoke alarms, toilet paper thin sheets, postage stamp sized pillows, messed up elevators, and non-running bathroom fans are your thing, this is the place for you. We may not have liked our room but at least the lobby smelled like weed when we checked in (and our room after the cleaning staff came around)!

Don’t say here. Pay more, go somewhere else. The workout room didn’t have any working equipment, and I was training. The rooms had BUGS. Staff would be away from office. Towels didn’t cover my whole body. shower had hair in it and was gross. A pregnant lady in my party had a broken chair in here room and she almost got hurt so it is unsafe. The floors are not vacuumed. Don’t have a ton of positive things to say. At least i wasn’t sleeping outside? Although, the cockroaches and other bugs made me feel like i was.
