My name is Reverend Marlon Smith I was scheduled to minister at a local church in the Lynchburg VA area for four Sundays in the month of June, 2022. This hotel became my home away from home. The staff were like family as they knew my name with a personal feel and great professionalism. The hotel itself was clean and quiet. I don't usually do reviews because I don't like ratings anyone or businesses. However, this place was absolutely the best and deserving of five stars.

I have stayed twice at this location. I have enjoyed the stay and the staff are friendly. The breakfast has some hot items along with cereal, yogurt, fruit, and pastries. The only thing I don't like about this hotel is the thin walls and floors. You hear everything when you are trying to rest. Also my room had a slight musty smell when I arrived but disappeared after a day. I heard someone else complaining of a smell, but this hotel is brand new. I am not sure of what is causing that as the rooms are clean, linens are luxurious, and the bathrooms immaculate. I would stay again.

Our room was clean and fresh. The temperature was perfect we didn’t even have to turn on the heating or air unit. The remote control was slow to respond to channel changing over I believe it may have been batteries. Staff treated us kindly and with excellence.

The free complete breakfast was wonderful. Had everything you'd want to eat and drink for breakfast, including making yourself thick homemade waffles. The staff was friendly, attentive and thorough. Rooms were clean and everything worked great.
