The staff at this Enterprise location on Forest Road, Forest, VA has been exceptional. What I thought would be a 2-3 day rental actually turned into almost 3 weeks. Every time I would call to extend the time another 2 days, they were courteous and always asked if the car was performing well for me, and they also checked to make sure I still wanted to use the same credit card that I used initially. Very thorough. By the end of the 3 weeks, I felt like they were friends! Highly recommend.
