Super Disappointed in the Staff. Had my wife pick up my lunch & not only was it not ready but the person waiting on her said “who orders wings at 11am”. Most people order food around this time for lunch. Customer service is essential in the Food Industry, hope they manager can weed out the bad eggs

Canned shredded chicken is now being used for the Buffalo wraps?!?! Apparently according to the kitchen this has been how it Is served unless specially requested. This IS NOT what it was last month when I got it last time nor how it's ever been. Tastes like canned chicken no joke.

Experience was pleasant; nothing special. Food was average and customer service was on par with other local restaurants. I would recommend going on a busier day, Thursday at lunch time was really slow. When attempting to enjoy the BWW experience you need engagement. Overall, I would return for future visits as time permits.

If I could choose negative stars that would match the experience tonight! Never have I been to a place of business and such poor service by all staff. First, we are lied to about cut off for alcohol this is proven when everyone else is continuing to be served. Second, wings come out for two of the three people at the table and feathers are not even plucked. Looks like it can fly off the plate at any moment. Third, after waiting thirty minutes for chicken tenders and fries. Finally server comes to the table and acts shocked as to why it hasn’t come yet. Well a moment later they inform us that the two managers on duty were cooking the food now, so again more wait time… finally after another 30 minutes you decide to tell us that the cooks (not the managers) say that they can’t finished making the food that was ordered an hour ago! Terrible terrible way to provide customer service! Never wasting time again!
