Not busy, waitress was very on the ball and we never had to ask for a drink refill. Food was excellent. I would have given a five star but the place does need some sprucing up.

It was ok but nothing too impressive. Wait to be seated wasn't bad at 3pm on a sunday afternoon but then we sat at our table and no one came for quite a while to take order. Waitress came and took order seemed surprised no one had waited on us yet. Said they were out of orange juice , we then watched orange juice go out to another table. Then while waiting on food she came came said they were out of fries. When the food came it was good. Just not impressed.

COME ON MAN. Guess this will be my last IHOP review .disappointed so never again. Food was cold Allot of food just wasn't very tasty. My husband and I got allot of food as you can see and it wasn't great. It was allot just didn't taste very good. Don't think I would eat there again. Also I ordered chocolate chip pancakes and got regular ones. Lesson learned!

Our server was wonderful and our food came out in decent time. I ordered the cinnamon stack of pancakes and they were incredible. Only complaint is that they took the iced mocha off the menu. 😭
