I’ve been meaning to leave this review for weeks only to have another splendid experience at your wards road location. Both were Saturdays . . . and busy. Yet we still got amazing service. Ant especially went out of her way both times. Extra patient in my decisions and super sweet!

My husband and I come here quite often and over the last couple of months the customer service has really gone down hill. Don’t get me wrong the food is great but the ladies working the front act like they hate their jobs and make everyone that comes in feel like they are a bother to them. Some of them are rolling their eyes, saying they don’t care about this or that, and give you the cold shoulder. No matter how good the food is, it just makes it not worth it if you don’t feel welcomed. And this wasn’t just a one time thing… its happened on multiple occasions. Oh forget about asking for an extra ranch or a refill… they make you feel like the biggest inconvenience.

Wow what an experience. We were in a long line which moved fairly quick, but when we got to the front the cashier mention that it would be at least 30 or 40 minutes before we would get our meal and to decide whether to stay or not. Well, we decided to stay. Unbelievably we sat down and in 5 minutes we got our food! I don't know how that happened! But it was quite a Pleasant Surprise🥳. Very delicious as you can see.😋

Enjoyed A delicious lunch here with my son. Had a big salad and it was very good. Portion size was excellent for my big appetite. Great mix of of veggies, avocado and protein. Thank you everyone for an excellent lunch experience.
