Great place to live with great staff members. Caitlyn has been very helpful and just amazing with our move. We are going from an apartment to townhome due to our growing family, and she has made the process easy in every way possible. The grounds are clean and kept up nicely. We would recommend this place to future tenants, especially with fur babies. Update: Apartment complex went under a new manager and they have done great things in regards to the grounds. The manager, Cindy, does what she can to make the place beautiful. She also brought a maintenance member who does great work and is friendly. I've had requests be taken care of promptly and some that have been delayed due to covid priority. My one complaint however is our hot water heater. It has been going off quite frequently since late 2020. In January 2022 alone it has gone out 7 times and is currently out at this time. The manager is however working to get this remedied asap.

Most of these older reviews should be removed now. I've lived here for a few years now and while in the beginning it was nice, it seems greed for profit has really taken hold here. I'm not sure what the 2 bedrooms look like but with the 1 bedrooms the value is definitely not there anymore. My rent in the last 2 years has gone up over $250 sans a mysterious "discount" that they probably give you to make it seem like they're doing you a favor. Raised my pet fee without telling me too. Even when they send the letter about raising your rent they try to make you feel guilty for how little profit they make off of you. What... This is Middletown for gods sake not Kenwood. Everything is old and they try and cover it up by planting flowers. I feel sorry for anyone that moves here for the current price. Oh and you can literally break your car on the newly installed speed bumps. (what were they thinking?)

would not recommend these apartments to anyone. office changes their hours whenever they want to and do not keep any of the "amenities" open to the people actually paying for them. not to mention never responding to complaints and never actually fixing the problems in your apartment. not at all worth 900+ a month.Hi Taylor. After discussing your concerns with the onsite team, we understand that Cindy, the Property Manager, has reached out to you to discuss the winter hours of the office and about how due to COVID some of our amenities close with those office hours, but we do have the gym open 24/7. We also understand that the service requests you had in for your apartment have been addressed in a timely manner.
