Clean, comfortable beds, conveniently located and super friendly assistance at the front desk. When we decided to spend the night in Fayetteville at the last minute, The comfort inn had the best ratings so we decided to try it out. So glad we did. I would recommend this hotel for anyone.

Everyone on the staff I encountered were nice as can be! Room/ bathroom were clean. My room.was right next to the elevator so I was worried I'd hear that all the time....nope! And no loudness from other guests at all. Would definitely stay there again!

After a long trip we were greeted with a warm hello from the young woman at the front counter who was welcoming, friendly, informative and fast. The room was your standard 2 bed room, no bells or whistles but met all basic necessities. Mini fridge worked well and there was great water pressure in the shower. Beds were a tad hard but thats typical for hotels Im guessing. I wish there were more breakfast options outside of carbs and pork. And there are massive pot holes in the entrance way that need to be fixed but you are just down the street from the new river gorge bridge ntl park so its really a good set up

This is an older Comfort Inn. But the rooms have been completely remodeled. I gave it 5 stars not because it's a 5 star hotel. It is a basic Comfort Inn with renovated rooms. The rating is based on Kim at the front desk. She is a rock star. Quick worker, checking everyone in efficiently, accurately and with a smile on her face. We travel a lot. And there are tons of worse hotels. And very few has a check-in process as streamlined as what Kim does. Good job. :)
