They missed alot.. the price wasn't bad if they would actually wash the truck..instead of constantly spraying the truck..I personally probably won't go back..good luck drivers..and be safe out there..

Definitely NOT a professional place let alone a place that should be pretending to be in the business of washing commercial trucks! No, these guys are total amateurs and they do not use professional truck cleaning solutions! DO NOT EXPECT TO GET YOUR TRUCK 100% clean. Because, it is impossible as, they only use water and dish soap. Don’t waste your money here. Go to a professional truck wash where they actually use the real professional level cleaning solutions that leave everything shining and new again looking as other truck wash places do. Not this place! They left my truck, trailer and wheels looking like they only used water and some hand soap. Man, very disappointed especially for $150.00 And, they didn’t wash the roof of the trailer. So, that dirtiness thoroughly dripped down all over the trailer doors.

I stopped at Franklin truck wash to get my semi washed and trailer, the sign said Extreme dirt would be an up charge . I was good with that although he never gave me a price before we got started. after everything was said and done I paid the bill gave the guy a $20 tip and asked him to please get the dirt and diesel fuel off the side of my tanks, He told me not to tell him how to do his job, I explained to him that I paid for the extra dirt removal plus I gave him a $20 tip, the least he could do is get the dirt off. He got angry and asked me to leave immediately. I stoped outside the building in the parking lot, finished the job that took 3 more min. I think 3 min is important when your dealing with a customer. 3 min should be the determining factor between failure or success!!!

This place is great! Very easy to get to. They were very efficient and sanitized my trailer! Certain days of the week they offer free deluxe truck wash with a trailer wash out & sanitation! I got the truck washed! I'll be back! The guys working there are very friendly and professional!
