I’ve taken all of my cats here for decades and always had a wonderful experience. I recently moved back to the area and needed an urgent visit with the doc because my cat is very sick. We took her to another vet and wanted to bring her here since we had a long trusting relationship with them. Despite the urgency of the matter and our cat being severely ill, they refused to see us until October. What a shame. This would never have been the case in the past. Stay away from this place. Editing my review in response to the Drs response: It’s obvious that you don’t value the life of our pets. Say I called a pediatrician…”doc, you’ve taken care of all of our kiddos. We recently moved back to town and had a baby and we just got a devastating diagnosis. Can we bring him in for you to take a look at the labs and our kiddo?” Staff will almost always say, “I’m so sorry to hear this! we don’t have any appointments until _____, but let me talk to the doc and see if we can squeeze you in sooner.” The fact that your office staff didn’t even show any care or compassion is the first disappointment. The second disappointment is once you saw this review, if you really cared and wanted to make this right, you would have called us. We’ve literally spent THOUSANDS of dollars across 3 separate pets over the last 15 years at your facility. You don’t deserve to be anyones vet.

I love this vet! I always feel listened to, not rushed during appointments, and I really appreciate the follow up calls they do after visits. They're great with my cat and are very patient with her as well. Staff and vets that really care!

The best staff and the nicest vet ever!! I am a first time pet owner, but it wasn't overwhelming at all because they made every step of the way very easy and comfortable from the moment I stepped in, all the way to getting my pets vaccinated, neutered, and spayed! I'm so thankful for them for taking care of my kitties!
